Join us and our growing community of soulful women to reset our solar plexus energy centers of our bodies (what fuels our will power and self confidence to pursue our dreams). This sweet event to kick off fall with take place at Butterfly House Chicago at Navy Pier. It will be an immersive outdoor experience to help us reset mentally and return to center as we check in with our bodies, minds and spirit, equipping us to take on another busy season ahead.

The agenda will include slow-flow yoga, breathwork, a self-empowerment workshop, a butterfly sanctuary tour, a special flower ceremony and fall flavors to invigorate the senses.
